Day 164 - Hurricane Earl Rips

What we thought was a Category 4 Hurricane, Earl... turned into a tropical storm as it arrived in Nantucket. Thankful it was not devastating. Loved the pictures I took of town all boarded up, and the waves were amazing! This is one of my favorites. Cisco Beach on 09/03/10

I took this one with my cell phone while waiting for my delicious burger down at Surfside last night, July 13, 2010.  It wanted rain so bad! Clouds were like this all day! But the rain never came. Boy has the humidity been bad this year! Not too shabby for a cell phone Picture eh? :) LOVE how the clouds came out!

Rosa Rugosa... I love this flower.  It is a native plant to Nantucket, I took this picture on the side of the road by work.  It is most commonly found by the ocean.  The smell is beauteous.

If you know me.. you know I really only prefer to drink a Mudslide.... on the rocks, in a "tall" glass with extra cream or milk. If you get chocolate,  vanilla stoli or triple eight vanilla vodka .. it is like a treat ;) That's My Drink!
