Day 182 - Another Photog Obsession

| Nantucket Beach Permits are a sticker you buy ($100 per year) to put on your vehicle so you can drive (4X4 ONLY) on the Nantucket sand right onto the beach. In certain areas of the beach. I am obsessed with taking pictures of these stickers piled up on the car(s) as this one has in the picture. And I mean these cars are from all over the country. For those of you that are not in Nantucket.....You may see someone with it on there car one time .. somewhere.. in the USA! Now you know why I am gonna post them when I see them :) Love it! |
Day 181 - Photographing Someone Elses Talent ....

| Took this on a summer afternoon, warm but overcast.. I caught this man painting outside at Bartlett's Farm on 08/17/10 .. this is one I have been dying to capture, but I wish there was better light that day. I decided I like it anyways. It looks like this 65% of the year anyways! ;) That's why Nantucket is aka "The Grey Lady". This is a very popular spot for artists in the summertime! |

| This particular night I got to play photographer at The Kick it off Petticoat Row Event at Faregrounds, on November 3, 2010. I always try to take a self portrait at every event. This is it ... I like it! ;) |
